Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

At Woodenpeak, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our handmade creations. While our products are custom-made and often crafted to order, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. We accept returns for eligible items within 45 days of delivery, providing our customers with flexibility and peace of mind.


Return & Refund Eligibility

We gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your Woodenpeak item arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match your order, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will issue a refund or replacement once the issue is verified.

2. Damaged in Transit

If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographic evidence of both the product and packaging is required for claims.

3. General Returns (Non-Defective Items)

We accept general returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Be returned at the customer’s expense unless the item is damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, contact us at cs@woodenpeak.com with your order number and reason for return.


Refund Processing Time

Once a return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 30 days from the date we receive your return for the refund to reflect in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Special Circumstances

Requests that fall outside the conditions listed above may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us prior to returning the item.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 7 hours of purchase by emailing cs@woodenpeak.com
After this window, your order will enter production and cannot be canceled.


Important Notes

  • All returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Woodenpeak reserves the right to deny refund or return requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
